ICBC Broker Owner Summit
Most broker owners don’t need to work harder. They need to understand the business principles that make a brokerage profitable, scalable, resilient, and valuable, and the gaps that may be keeping yours from getting there.
You’ve built a growing company: more agents, more transactions, more revenue. But growth has started creating complexity instead of profit. What made you successful at the start isn’t enough to support the business you’ve become.
That’s not a market, time, or talent problem. It’s a structure problem.
This Summit is built to fix it.
- You want a profitable, scalable operating model your team can run on Monday morning
- You’re busy, but not building leverage. You question what you can do differently to build a high-performing organization
- You’re a broker owner, or senior leadership attending with your broker owner
- You’re an individual agent or team leader (no agent programming here)
- You’re content with where your brokerage is at
- You don’t want a post-conference execution plan
Three Pillars.
Leave with a plan built on the business principles behind a more profitable, people-powered, scalable brokerage.
Profit
Find where your margin is really leaking and build a model that pays you more, not just moves more transactions.
People
Build a team that owns results, leads without you, and doesn’t walk to your competitors.
Scale
Know when to build, buy, partner, or acquire — and run a business that’s easier to lead, not just bigger.

What Owners Say.
Testimonials from previous ICBC events.
I think I’ve just got six months of lessons in two days.
You’re going to learn so much, not just from Wayne, but also the other brokers. So many tools and ideas to bring back home and take it to the team.
It’s an absolute 10 out of 10. I’ve known Wayne Einhorn for many years. He’s been our past coach. He does a great job and I definitely recommend it.
It is well worth your time and money. A great way to mastermind with other real estate owners and CEOs from around the world.

Before You Register
Is this right for me if I’m not a broker owner?
Yes, if you’re a senior leader in your brokerage attending with your broker owner. Not for individual agents or team leaders.
Can I bring my leadership team?
Yes. Every attendee registers individually and gets full access. As long as you are attending, you are welcome to bring your senior leaders with you.
How do I book my hotel room, and is that deadline real too?
Your registration confirmation email includes the booking link for the special Summit room block at the Palmetto Marriott: $189 a night, resort fee and self-parking waived. You can also book now with the Reserve Your Room button in the Tickets section. And yes, the deadline is real. Rooms are first-come, first-served until October 16, 2026, or until the block sells out. After that, the discounted rate and availability are at the hotel’s discretion.
What’s the dress code?
Business casual.
Can I cancel my registration?
Yes. Cancel 60+ days before the conference for a full refund minus a $100 admin fee, or 30–59 days before for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. Read the full cancellation and transfer policy.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Yes, to another owner of your brokerage or a senior leadership team member. Submit your request in writing at least 7 business days before the conference; the new attendee must meet eligibility requirements. Transfers aren’t refundable or creditable.
