Cancellations & Refunds

• 60+ days before the conference: Registrations may be canceled for a refund of the registration fee, less a $100 administrative fee.
• 30–59 days before the conference: Cancellations are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
• Within 30 days of the conference: Registration fees are non-refundable and non-creditable. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Registration Transfers

We recognize that leadership priorities can change. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another owner of your brokerage or a senior leadership team member.

Transfer requests must be submitted in writing and received no later than 7 business days before the conference. The replacement attendee must meet eligibility requirements for the conference.

A transferred registration is not eligible for a refund or credit, and the original registrant remains responsible for any applicable registration fees.

No-Shows

Registrations are considered fully committed once the cancellation deadline has passed. Attendees who do not attend the conference, arrive late, or leave early are not eligible for a refund, credit, or partial refund.

Conference Changes

The conference organizers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the program when necessary to deliver the best possible experience for attendees. Such changes do not entitle a registrant to a refund.

If circumstances require the conference to be postponed or canceled, the organizers will communicate available options to registered attendees. Those options may include transferring registration to the rescheduled event, receiving a credit toward a future event, or receiving a refund, as determined by the organizers.

The organizers are not responsible for airfare, lodging, transportation, or other travel or incidental expenses incurred by registrants.
